Eligibility for Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Perishable goods, digital products, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, navigate to your Orders page, select the item you wish to return, and click "Request Return". You will receive a confirmation email with a pre-paid return label and further instructions within 24 hours.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, hazardous materials, intimate or sanitary products, downloadable software, and gift cards. Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, Conveza provides a pre-paid return shipping label. Return shipping is deducted from your refund only if the return is due to buyer preference (e.g., wrong size, changed mind). Returns for defective or incorrect items are fully covered by us.
