Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We offer standard (3–5 business days) and express (1–2 business days) shipping options within the country. Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $50. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
International Shipping
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package in real time from your Orders page or directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact support.
Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs holds. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days past the estimated date, please contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
Delivery Failures
If a delivery attempt is made and no one is available to receive the package, the carrier will leave a notice and make up to 2 additional attempts. After that, the package may be held at a local facility or returned to us. Re-delivery fees may apply.
